John (Lay Leader)
John has led our Shacharit services and Torah study for years. A passionate lover of Torah and Talmud, John also finds time to be the vice president on our board of directors! John is blessed by his amazing wife Abby and beautiful daughters Olivia and Rivkah.
Dan (Lay Leader)
Dan graduated from the San Francisco Kindershul in 1967, joined the gay and lesbian congregation in Seattle at its founding in 1980, and spent a year in the Negev of Israel in 1985 - 1986.
Mikayla (Lay Leader)
Mikayla is a Lay Leader at Temple Shalom. She has studied at the Hadar Institute in New York City and at the Conservative Yeshiva in Jerusalem. Outside of the synagogue, Mikayla enjoys dancing, singing, music, learning languages, and traveling.
